By downloading, installing, or using LimeMenu ("the App") or visiting our website at limemenu.org ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App or the Website.

2. Description of service

LimeMenu is a macOS menu-bar utility that displays CPU, RAM, and battery status. The App runs entirely on your device and does not require an internet connection to function.

3. License

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Mac computers you own or control. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or modify the App.

4. Payments and refunds

LimeMenu is a paid application. All prices are listed on the Website at the time of purchase. We may change pricing at any time; existing purchases are not affected.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date by emailing [email protected]. Refunds are issued at our discretion.

5. Intellectual property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including but not limited to code, design, logos, and trademarks, remain the exclusive property of the developer. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our branding or trademarks.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all hardware or software configurations.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the App or the Website.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke your license to use the App at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete any copies in your possession.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App or Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
